Check the status of the camera. ->If it is Active - waiting, turn your modem, router and camera off and on.
Try to access the camera using the global IP address assigned by your ISP with port number. ->If you cannot, check your setting of Default Gateway and DNS server address and port forwarding (UPnP) on your camera and router.
The camera informs the IP address assigned by the ISP to Viewnetcam server. It takes 20-30 minutes to reflect the change of IP address to DNS servers in the world. If it is changed, you have to wait for 20-30 minutes after connection.
